Ursprünglich erschien es 2006 via Sony BMG und wurde von Paul Northfield (Rush, Procupine Tree, Dream Theater) produziert. Auf diesem Album sind einige der beliebtesten Songs der Band, wie "The Bright Ambassadors of Morning", "He Tried To Show Them Magic" & "The Intention Craft". "The Dark Third" (2020 Reissue) enthält Liner Notes von den Band Mitgliedern Jon Courtney und Chloë Alper sowie dem Produzenten Paul Northfield.
