Inhalt: Dieses Set ist ein Zeugnis der bemerkenswerten Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Dirigenten Nikolaus Harnoncourt (1929–2016) und dem Chamber Orchestra of Europe (COE), dessen Veröffentlichung in diesem Jahr das 40-jährige Bestehen des Orchesters markiert. Diese Aufnahmen zeichnen auch die Beziehung zwischen Harnoncourt und dem Styriarte Festival nach, die 1987 begann und über 30 Jahre andauerte.(JPC)
